Makings:
1 cauliflower
1/2 cup full-fat yogurt
1 teaspoon salt
Paprika to taste
Cumin to taste
Turmeric to taste
Staging Mode:
Wash the cauliflower well and let it dry.
In a bowl, place the yogurt, salt, spices and mix everything very well.
Dredge the cauliflower in this mixture and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for fifty minutes.
