Simple and delicious kale farofa!

Makings:
2 cups chopped kale
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil
1 cup oatmeal
Salt to taste
Calabrian pepper (optional)

Staging Mode:
First, bring a deep frying pan or pan with the olive oil or oil to low heat and sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.
After the previous step, add the cabbage and cover. Let it cook for about 5 minutes over medium-low heat, so that the cabbage cooks on its own steam, until wilted. Then stir and season with salt and pepper to taste. Then add the oat flour and mix very well. Leave on medium heat for another 2-3 minutes, or until the crumbs are loose.
You can also add other spices and ingredients to your liking, such as chili sauce, lemon juice, banana, egg, etc.
