Oven omelette with ricotta.

Ingredient:

8 eggs
1 onion, chopped
2 chopped tomatoes, seeded
200g ricotta
200g shredded chicken breast
Parsley to taste
seasoning and/or salt to taste

Preparation mode:

In a bowl, add the eggs, onion, tomato, chicken, seasoning and parsley.
With the help of a fork, mash the cheese (Cottage or Ricotta) until it is into smaller pieces. Mix well with the rest of the ingredients.
Use a shallow pan and grease it.
Place in a preheated oven at 200ºC for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with salad.
