INGREDIENTS>
2 cups pitted black plum
1/2 cup honey
1/2 Cup Peanut Flour
2 Tbsp 100% cocoa powder (optional)
100 Grams of flaked burnt coconut
A pinch of salt (optional)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
1/4 Cup chopped walnuts
1/4 Cup of seeds (chi, flaxseed, pumpkin, sunflower...)
Staging Mode:
In the multiprocessor or blender add the plum, honey, peanut flour, cocoa powder, burnt coconut, salt, cinnamon and beat for a few moments until all the ingredients are mixed.
Add the nuts and seeds and whisk quickly so that the pieces don't disappear into the mixture.
Make balls with approximately 1 tablespoon full of dough, if you prefer smaller sweets use 1/2 tablespoon.
Place the balls inside a glass or jar and store in the refrigerator.
