Broccoli tortinha.

1 whole broccoli
1 cup chopped and cooked carrot
3 cups shredded chicken
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 small onion
1 egg white
2 tbsp cottage cheese
1 pinch Salt
To taste black pepper
Oil for greasing

Staging Mode:
Cut the broccoli into large pieces and cook in the water until tender.
Drain well and pat dry with paper towels.
Blend with a mixer or blender, add half of the shredded chicken and the onion and beat more. Add the egg white, a pinch of salt and the black pepper and mix.
Grease the platter as usual and place the dough on the bottom and sides.
Assemble layers by placing the rest of the chicken, the cottage cheese and the chopped carrot.
Top with the other half of the filling.
The rest of the dough will close the pie.
Bake for about 30 minutes.

Tips
By steaming broccoli, it will be drier and you won't need to dry it.
For a change, you can also mold them into croquettes.
